TRIKA Arabia is a boutique procurement studio and curated art platform opening its Dubai showroom in February 2026. We work with leading European brands and architects/designers across the UAE, supporting residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and design-oriented Procurement & Creative Support Associate to join our Dubai team. This is an entry-level role for someone eager to learn procurement workflows while supporting visual, creative, and social media tasks, as well as showroom and preview-day preparation. The role works closely with the procurement team and the Artistic Director and supports internal presentations, mood boards, and content execution. A portfolio submission is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the procurement team with mood boards and visual concept preparation
• Support research on products, materials, finishes, and design references
• Help prepare visual materials for client and internal presentations
• Provide basic graphic and layout support (Adobe InDesign preferred)
• Support social media execution for Instagram and TikTok
• Maintain and organise visual assets, references, and content folders
• Assist with showroom preparation and preview days in March
• Support event logistics, guest coordination, and on-site assistance
• Provide general coordination support to the team as required

Requirements

• Strong interest in design, interiors, or visual communication
• Ability to create clear and visually strong mood boards and layouts
• Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred (or Illustrator, Figma, Canva)
• Good organisational skills and willingness to learn complex workflows
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Arabic speaking is a plus, but not required

We are looking for a polished, organised and proactive Office Coordinator & Executive Support to join our Dubai team. The role includes front-of-house responsibilities, administrative support, basic logistics assistance, TRIKA.ART support and event preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and maintaining showroom standards
• Administrative support for the team and partners
• Meeting and travel coordination
• Shipment tracking, courier coordination, delivery documentation
• TRIKA.ART support (packing, cataloguing, event prep)
• Support for preview days in March

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• 2–5 years experience in admin, hospitality or showroom coordination
• Professional presentation
• Excellent organisation and reliability
• Hospitality/airline background is a plus
